Which equipment you choose is important, but who you choose to install that equipment is crucial. When our installation team arrives at your home or business, most if not all of our guys will have had dozens--even hundreds--of installations under their belt. They have been thoroughly trained and certified to install and test any system we sell, and they won't leave until the job is done right. They will respect your home, clean up completely and leave everything (except your heating or cooling system) just as they found it.

We all know that heating and cooling systems tend to malfunction at the worst times—like the coldest or the hottest day of the year. With our No Surprise Service Plan, you'll receive priority service if this ever happens to you. But chances are it won't, because this plan also includes preventive maintenance to keep your system running at optimum efficiency.

You can avoid problems like unexpected repair bills, and expect a prompt service response. Our No Surprise Service Plan includes an annual tune-up, which can cut your annual fuel use (and bills) by as much as 10%. The plan also protects you against hundreds of dollars in unexpected repair costs—and gives you a $100 replacement allowance for your furnace or oil tank for each consecutive year you renew (up to $500). Enrolling is easy, and costs less than calling in for separate tune-ups.  

As part of your included annual tune-up, we will:  

• Oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators
• Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly
• Clean & inspect flue pipe, including chimney base (where accessible)
• Inspect Combustion chamber
• Inspect oil tank
• Safety check all operating controls
• Test & Adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency

  Service hours. During the life of the agreement, CMP will provide dependable, prompt, emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. All other regular service will be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday.
